The Contractor’s grading must, however, be in accordance with the total sum awarded to that particular Contractor. The stipulated minimum threshold percentages for local production and content for the Steel Value-added Products is 100%; Class 1 transformers 80%; Cable 90%; Pre-paid electricity meters 70%; and Plastic Pipes and fittings 100%. sectors will apply.
