Special Conditions: 1. Proof of a valid registration with the Nelson Mandela Municipality as a Waste Transporter is required. 2. A copy of valid Waste Management License / Permits for all facilities involved in the storage, transfer, recycling, recovery, treatment, or disposal of wastes as may be required in terms of Schedule 1 of the National Environment Management Waste Act (Act 59 of 2009) must be submitted. 3. 3. Submission of the Proof of Company Registration as an Operator as provided for in the National Road Traffic Act.
