Special Conditions: A compulsory briefing session will be held at 10h00 on 9 May 2022 at the Skilpad Hall, Esperia Street, Vredenburg. No grace period will be allowed. Thereafter all Tendering parties may visit the Site. It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading of 6CE or higher. Tender documents in English will be available at the offices of Siroccon International (Pty) Ltd. Oostewal Business Centre, 146 Oostewal Road, Langebaan. Documents may be collected during work hours between 08:00 and 16:30 from 03 May 2022.
