Special Conditions: All bidders must be registered with Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and submit certified copy of certificate. Only tenderers having B-BBEE status level of contribution 1 - 4 will be considered. In case of Joint Venture a consolidated B-BBEE certificate for the Joint Venture company should be submitted.
