Special Conditions: Functionality will be evaluated as an eligibility criterion. The eligibility criteria relate to the bidder’s ability to provide a quality service to the municipality. Bidders that does not meet the functionality criteria (minimum score) will therefore not be considered for further evaluation. A compulsory briefing session will be held at 10h00 on Friday 10 September 2021 at the Council Chambers, 12 Main Street, Vredenburg. No grace period will be allowed. All Covid-19 Protocols will be adhered to.
