Special Conditions: Experience related to Food Service. Relevant qualification related to food services industry. The successful tenderer must subcontract a minimum of 30% of the value of the contract to an EME or QSE which is 51% owned by black people, black youth, black women, black people with disability and black people living in rural or underdeveloped areas or townships (Frances Baard District in the Northern Cape Province). Only tenderers following within the specific tendering condition may respond. Should the bidder fall within the objective criteria, then sub-contracting will not be necessary.
