Special Conditions: Bidders must attend Compulsory Briefing session. Attendance register must be signed at the meeting. Bidders must come to ACSA Board Room,King Shaka International Airport. Bidder must complete, sign and submit form of offer and acceptance in the contract document. c) A valid Scheduled Activity Permit (SAP) issued by the eThekwini municipality in the name(s) of the bidding entity. This document must be submitted. Submit required documents/information for the Functionality evaluation. Non-Compulsory site meeting requires a nonrefundable permit payment fee of R179.55 VAT inclusive. All other RETURNABLE DOCUMENTS,SCHEDULES, DECLARATIONS, INFORMATION must be completed, signed and submitted.
