Bidder must complete, sign and submit form of offer and acceptance in the contract document. c) A valid Scheduled Activity Permit (SAP) issued by the eThekwini municipality in the name(s) of the bidding entity. This document must be submitted. Submit required documents/information for the Functionality evaluation. Non-Compulsory site meeting requires a nonrefundable permit payment fee of R179.55 VAT inclusive. All other RETURNABLE DOCUMENTS,SCHEDULES, DECLARATIONS, INFORMATION must be completed, signed and submitted.
