This completed document must be sent to mavumeza@eskom.co.za at least 72Hrs prior the visiting date in order to obtain the necessary Eskom signatures and to hand it in at the two different gate entrances to Gourikwa Power Stations Tenderers are advised to use the following entrances to enter the Site: • Petro SA Gate; or • Gourikwa Power Station Gate
