Special Conditions: An Ad Hoc Visitors Application document (attached as Appendix A) must be completed for each Company or Individual that will attend the meeting. This document caters for 5 different individual persons from one company (or Supplier) to fill in their details. This completed document must be sent to mavumeza@eskom.co.za at least 72Hrs prior the visiting date in order to obtain the necessary Eskom signatures and to hand it in at the two different gate entrances to Gourikwa Power Stations Tenderers are advised to use the following entrances to enter the Site: • Petro SA Gate; or • Gourikwa Power Station Gate
