Description: FOR THE PROVISION OF THE DISPOSAL OF CONTAMINATED BALLAST WASTE MATERIAL RESULTING FROM THE BALLAST SCREENING OF THE MOBA RAILWAY LINES WITHIN THE BAYVUE RAILYARD IN THE PORT OF RICHARDS BAY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) MONTHS

Special Conditions: Technical pre-qualification/eligibility criteria set by Transnet have been met as follows: - A service level agreement with a registered landfill site, for Hazardous Waste. - Copy of a valid landfill site waste management license issued by Department of Forestry, Fisheries, and the Environment (DFFE) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) between Service provider and landfill site owner with landfill site waste management license issued by DFFE. - Copy of a valid tipper truck license/permit to show vehicle authorization to carry dangerous goods. - Copy of a valid tipper tuck operator driver’s license that shows valid Professional Drivers Permit for Dangerous Goods - Proof of registration with the City of uMhlathuze as a transporter of waste
