Special Conditions: 1. Only Respondents who meet the following prequalification may participate: - Minimum B-BBEE status Level 2 or higher - Respondents who are Exempted Micro Enterprises (EMEs) 2. A compulsory pre-proposal RFP briefing will be conducted at Employee Care Centre, Ventura Road, Port of Richards Bay, Transnet National Ports Authority on the 17 January 2023 at 10:00am for a period of ± two (2) hours. - Respondents failing to attend the compulsory RFP briefing will be disqualified. 3.
