Special Conditions: Prequalification criteria for Preferential Procurement: Only bidders who meet both of the following prequalification criteria may respond: - i) B-BBEE level 1 (as per the provisions of section 4(1)(a) of the PPPFA Regulations, 2017); and ii) EME (as per the provisions of section 4(1)(b) of the PPPFA Regulations, 2017) Bidders who fail to meet the abovementioned requirements will be disqualified from further evaluation.
