Special Conditions: It is estimated that tenderers must have a Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) contractor grading designation of 7CE or higher to submit tenders offer. Only those tenderers who are registered with the CIDB 7CE or higher are eligible to have their tenders evaluated.
