Special Conditions: Emailed and late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued. Requirements for sealing addressing, delivering, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the tender data. Bidders will be given 15 minutes grace time when attending compulsory briefing sessions, thereafter the door to the venue will be closed. PRASA is not responsible if the bidder arrived at the wrong venue which results in them being late for briefing sessions. Bidders to ensure that they bring with the tender documents, when attending the briefing session.
