Special Conditions: CLOSING DATE: 3 October 2022 at 12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management Boardroom. Compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 15 September 2022 at 10h30 via Microsoft Teams. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give the municipality the necessary email address and cell phone number to ihs.admin@stellenbosch.gov.za , clearly referring to the tender number at least 24 hours prior to the meeting (14 September 2022 at 10h30) to enable the department to setup a virtual meeting. Please note that only one (1) representative per entity will be allowed to attend the compulsory virtual clarification meeting.
