Special Conditions: Two Compulsory Tender Clarification Meetings will be conducted at: • 13 September 2022, 10am at Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) Jetty 1, V&A Waterfront, Victoria Basin Cape Town, 8001; or • 16 September 2022, 10am at Transnet National Ports Authority, Port of Durban, Small Craft Basin. Bidders may choose which compulsory clarification they wish to attend (Cape Town or Durban), but eligibility is such that they must have attended one session at 10:00am [10 O’clock] for a period of ± 2 (two) hours. [Tenderers to provide own transportation and accommodation].
