Description: APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY, INSTALL, UPGRADE, REPAIR, SERVICE AND MAINTAIN THE ELECTRONIC SECURITY SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT’S IN THE VARIOUS OFFICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, TOURISM AND ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS.

Special Conditions: 1. Entities that are Level 1 status level contributors to B-BBEE. Tenderers are required to submit proof of B-BBEE Status Level of contributor. Proof includes a valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate issued by a verification agency accredited by SANAS or sworn affidavit signed by an EME representative attested by Commissioner of Oaths or B-BBEE certificate issued by the Companies and Intellectual property Commission for EMEs. 2. Any tenderer that fails to meet the Prequalifying Criteria as condition of tender requirements will be deemed invalid.
