Special Conditions: Compulsory site meeting to take place on Friday, 4 October 2024 at 10h00 in the boardroom, Lentegeur Central Laundry, Highlands Drive, Mitchell’s Plain (on premises of Lentegeur Psychiatric Hospital). BIDDERS NOT ATTENDING TO SITE MEETING AND VISIT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. PLEASE KEEP STRICTLY TO TIME OF SITE MEETING AS LATE BIDDERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE SITE MEETING AND VISIT.
