Special Conditions: A compulsory virtual briefing session will be held on the Microsoft Teams online platform on 30 July 2024. Access will be allowed at 10h30 and officially starts at 11h00 sharp. Please see the requirements to register your interest in joining the session at point 4.2 of the advertised TERMS OF REFERENCE. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in non-compliance and will not allow you to participate in the process. No proposals will be accepted from prospective service providers who did not attend the compulsory virtual briefing session.
