Description: INSTALLATION OF A NEW BOUNDARY FENCE AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE MEERKAT NATIONAL PARK, NORTHERN CAPE

Location: Erf 1883, No. 17 Masolkeweg Street-Carnarvon-Carnarvon-8925

Special Conditions: Briefing Sessions - Day 1: A compulsory bid clarification meeting will take place on Tuesday, 13 August 2024 at 10.00AM. Day 2: A compulsory site inspection will take place on Wednesday, 14 August 2024 at 08.00AM. The site inspection will commence from the above venue (Kareeberg Municipal Public Library Hall), with Tenderers then proceeding with their own vehicles to the site. Tenderers should ideally use fully fuelled 2x4 diesel vehicle with high ground clearance to attend the site inspection. Day 3: Farm houses inspection for accommodation purposes will be done on Thursday, 15 August 2024. Tenderers that opt to use the farm houses will need to complete a register on Day 1. Day 3 is not compulsory, however is necessary.
