Description: INVITATION TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS TO ASSIST IN THE LEASING OF COMMERCIAL OFFICE SPACE FOR THE CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES EDUCATION AND TRAINING AUTHORITY (CHIETA) HEAD OFFICE FOR A PERIOD OF 5 YEARS.

Special Conditions: 1.1. Bid proposals must reach the CHIETA before the closing date and time as specified above and be deposited in the tender box at the address below. Bidders are urged to sign bid register as confirmation of submission. NB: Bidders who will send delivery companies on their behalf to submit, must ensure that the driver sign on the bid register submission register and indicate name of bidding company. Noncompliance will result into disqualification 1.2. The bidder(s) are required to submit four (4) copies where, one (1) is original and three (3) are duplicates. Pricing Schedule should be in a separate sealed envelope. Each copy must be marked correctly and sealed separately for ease of reference during the evaluation process
