Special Conditions: Bidders must meet all of the following pre-qualifying criteria: 1.Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report not older than October 2024 and must reflect a compliant tax status. 2.Proof of CIDB Grading, 2SO or higher. 3.Complete BOQ inclusive of VAT which agrees to the price stipulated in the bid document. 4.Programme timeline showing sequence of construction and duration. 5.Profile with only five (5) written reference letters (not older than ten (10) years) relating to supplying and installing water tanks. Similar or same. 6.Letter of Good standing from the Workmen’s Compensation Fund (COID). 7. Proof of registration with eThekwini as registered plumbers. 8. Proof of Public Liability. 9.Complete SBD documentation.
