Telegraphic, telephonic, facsimile, and late tenders will not be accepted. 3. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation issued. 4. Please note that False Bay TVET College reserves the right to award in whole or in part/to not to the lowest bid received. 5. The College reserves the right not to award the tender.
