Special Conditions: - Bidders must demonstrate knowledge and experience in public Sector Generally, Public Entities and Development-centric entities. - At least 3 positive, contactable signed reference letters to be submitted from public sector entities where similar service has been conducted. Proof of details of scope coverage, attested to by contactable referees, should be attached for track record. - Director and Co-Director in Internal Audit with a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience each (Detailed CV’s, qualification and copies of certificates must be submitted) and proof of IIA certification. At least one of the two Directors to be a CA (SA) and Registered Auditor (IRBA) (copies of relevant certificates and memberships must be submitted).
