The service provider will also be responsible for appointing and managing their tracing agents in all towns of the Elundini Local Municipality for a period of three (3) years. Bidders must be registered with the Legal Practise Council Bidders to meet 70% out of 100 points on Functionality Specific Goals with Youth = 3 points; Women = 5 points; Black owned = 12 points Total Points = 20 Points
