Special Conditions: • Concept Document • Project Plan • CV’s or Resumes of the proposed core team that would work on the contract and indicate who the Project leader would be. (Project lead to have at a minimum 15 years’ experience in related work - development of strategic documents) • Three reference letters of similar contracts completed (related work: Strategic Plans, APP’s, AOP’s and Annual Reports) • Three examples of similar work done previously (Electronic copies of Strategic Plan, APP, AOP and Annual Report) Non-submission of the above will result in disqualification of the bid proposal
