Special Conditions: * There is a 4EP or higher CIDB grading applicable * Bidders need to attend the compulsory tender briefing on 05 November 2024 AT 11h00, * Bidders need to download the RFP document at their own cost no RFP documents will be issued to bidders * The compulsory tender briefing on 05 November 2024 is at 11h00 however there will be a 15 minute grace period for bidders the doors of the briefing will be close at 11h15 and no bidders will be allowed to enter the briefing room thereafter
