Description: FOR THE PROVISION OF REMOVAL OF ILLEGALLY DUMPED WASTE ON AN “AS AND WHEN” REQUIRED BASIS IN THE PORT OF DURBAN FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (03) MONTHS

Location: Port of Durban-South Beach-Durban-4001

Special Conditions: Technical Pre-qualification Criteria 1. Attendance of compulsory briefing session 2. A valid copy of a TNPA Waste License for Port of Durban. (Waste License will be verified on the TNPA Waste License database) In case of a Joint Venture all member of the JV must have a valid copy of a TNPA Waste License for Port of Durban. JV with unlicensed waste contractors for the Port of Durban is not allowed. 3. Two (2) HAZCHEM training certificates for two team members from an accredited training institution. (certificates will be verified with the accredited body) 4. Two (2) Valid Drivers’ license with Professional Driving Permit (PDP) for two (2) drivers.
