Compulsory briefing meeting will take place at the Municipality council chambers; 21 Irwin Street Musina Civic Centre. 4. Bidders who arrive 20 minutes late will be denied entry to the briefing session. 5. Bidders who do not attend the compulsory briefing session will be disqualified.
