Special conditions: A Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will be conducted at the Port of East London, Combi Boardroom, 1 Hely Hutchison Road, Quigney, East London on the 7th of November 2024, at 12:30pm for a period of ± 3 (three) hours. The Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late.
