Description: WCGHSC0277/2024: BID FOR THE RENDERING OF A CLEANING SERVICE AT SWELLENDAM SUB-DISTRICT WHICH INCLUDES SWELLENDAM DISTRICT HOSPITAL, SWELLENDAM CINIC, RAILTON CLINIC, BUFFELJAGS CLINIC, SUURBRAAK CLINIC AND BARRYDALE CLINIC, AND CAPE AGULHAS SUB-DISTRICT WHICH INCLUDES OTTO DU PLESSIS DISTRICT HOSPITAL, BREDASDORP CLINIC, STRUISBAAI CLINIC, ELIM CLINIC, WAENHUISKRANS AND NAPIER CLINIC, UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE WESTERN CAPE GOVERNMENT, HEALTH AND WELLNESS, FOR A THREE (3) YEAR PERIOD.

Special Conditions: All prospective bidders must attend a compulsory briefing/information session. Failure to attend will invalidate a bidder’s offer. Bidders must be at the venue at 10h00. The doors of the meeting venue will be locked, and late bidders will be excluded. No excuses will be accepted for arriving late at the venue. No compulsory site inspection is scheduled, due to the distances between the institutions that form part of the contract. Any service provider wishing to visit any institution for a site inspection, should do so in their own time.
