Description: CONSTRUCTION OF VTS RADAR TOWER AND ANCILLARY INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE PORT OF DURBAN FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS

Special Conditions: Stage One - Eligibility with regards to attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting Stage Two - Eligibility in terms of the Construction Industry Development Board: Construction Industry Development Regulations, designation of 5CE or higher Stage Three – Functionality: Only those tenderers who obtain the minimum qualifying score for functionality will be evaluated further in terms of price and the applicable preference point system. The minimum qualifying for score for functionality is 60 points. Stage Four – Price and Specific Goals: Tenderers who achieve the minimum qualifying score for functionality of 60 points will be evaluated further in terms of price and specific goals
