Special Conditions: NB: All bidders must assemble at the reception area at the stated time from where they will be escorted to the relevant venue where the compulsory briefing meeting will be held. Service providers who are late and not at the reception area at the stated time will not be allowed into the compulsory briefing meeting and will be disqualified from submitting proposals.
