Special Conditions: A Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will be conducted at Umhlathuze Building Office,1st Floor,Gordon Road at the PORT OF RICHARDS BAY on the 20 January 2025, at 11:00am [11 O’clock] for a period of ± 3 (three) hours. [Tenderers to provide own transportation and accommodation]. The Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late. A Compulsory Site visit/walk will take place, tenderers are to note: • Tenderers are required to wear safety shoes, goggles, long sleeve shirts, high visibility vests and hard hats. • Tenderers without the recommended PPE will not be allowed on the site walk.
