Professional Architectural services projects: Service Provider to attach a list of comparable projects currently engaged in and/or completed projects 30 points. 2. Human Resources: Experience of the registered Professional Architectural as provided in C2.1 (2) 30 points 3. The Service provider must have the necessary systems or infrastructure and technology to execute the contract 25 points. 4. Financial Credibility: Service provider should provide a bank rating letter from the bank which is not older than 3 months 15 points.
