Special Conditions: Bidders need to download the document before attending the tender briefing as in the briefing i need to sign Form D - as proof you attended the compulsory tender briefing. There is no CIDB grading or Local Content applicable There will be a 15 minutes grace period for traffic of which the doors of the tender briefing will be locked at 10h15 and no late bidders will thereafter be allowed to enter the briefing.
