Description: The Provision of Transactional Advisory Services for the Disposal of Transnet Properties (Non-Core) on an “Month-To-Month” Basis for a maximum period of twelve (12) months.

Special Conditions: A non-compulsory RFP briefing will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams on 11 July 2025, at 11:00 for a period of ± 2 hours. The briefing session will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. 2.1 Despite the briefing session being non-compulsory, Transnet nevertheless encourages all Respondents to attend. Transnet will not be held responsible if any Respondent who did not attend the non-compulsory session subsequently feels disadvantaged as a result thereof.
