Special Conditions: 26. The FSCA reserves the right to verify accreditation with original equipment manufacturers (OEM), HPE Aruba. 26.1.2 Bidders who do not meet the set pre-qualification criteria stipulated in paragraph 26.1.1 of the bid document will be eliminated from further evaluation.
