Special Conditions: PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: - ONLY THE FOLLOWING RESPONDENTS MAY RESPOND TO THIS RFP: Proof of professional registration for Engineers with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and for Quantity Surveyor with South African Council for the Quantity Survey Profession (SACQSP). The proof of registration must be in a form of valid Certificates which will be used as a Pre-Qualification for a full tender document technical evaluation. NB: Should the below mentioned ECSA and SACQSP Certificates not submitted, the Tenderers will be disqualified for further evaluation.
