Special Conditions: Three (3) Physical Compulsory Briefing Sessions will be held from 17-19 July 2024. Refer to Section 2 of the RFP Document for the details. Bidders are not required to attend all three (3) briefing session meetings, only one (1) meeting must be attended, and a certificate of attendance must be submitted at the closing date and time of the tender. The Certificate of Attendance is included in Section 11 of the RFP document.
