Special Conditions: ELIGIBILITY CIDB Grading: • Contractors who have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 4EP or 3EP PE or higher, and • Joint ventures are eligible to submit tenders provided that: (i) Every member of the joint venture is registered with the CIDB; (ii) The lead partner has a contractor grading designation in the 4EP or 3EP PE or higher class of electrical construction work; Full tender documents will ONLY be available at the COMPULSORY clarification meeting.
