Special Conditions: Contractor grading designation equal to or higher than a contractor grading designation determined in accordance with the sum tendered, or a value determined in accordance with Regulation 25 (1B) or 25(7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, for a 7 GB or 6 GBPE or Higher rating of construction work, are eligible to have their tenders evaluated. Tender documents will only be available on the 17 April 2024 at the compulsory site clarification meeting. The tender document is issued at a non-refundable fee of R 300.00 cash only. No EFT facilities are available.
