Special Conditions: The physical address for collection of bid documents is: 1st floor, Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development Offices, 270 Jabu Ndlovu Street, Pietermaritzburg. Documents will be ready for collection as from 11h00 on 29 January 2024 and thereafter between 08h00- 12h30 and 13h15 to 15h30, Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Documents will be available at the compulsory briefing session, only if prior arrangements have been made. A non-refundable deposit of R100.00 is payable into the following bank account for collection of the bid documents, proof of payment must be produced upon collection (these are for printing costs) .
