Special Conditions: 1. The applicable preference point system for this tender is an 80/20 preference point system where 80 points will be allocated for price and 20 points will be allocated for specific goals as follows: Price = 80 Specific Goals = 20 •Historical Disadvantage Person (HDP) – Women 2.The project plan must indicate the deliverables and level of responsible person which the rates should be linked to the DPSA rate please refer to attached Annexure A. 3.The service provider must submit a detailed proposal including a covering letter, Project plan (Gantt chart) indicating activities, deliverables, timelines, responsible person and financial milestones, for cost implication please refer to the attached DPSA hourly rate for consultants
