Location: R572 Musina Road, -Mapungubwe Interpretive Centre-Mapungubwe National Park-

Special Conditions: a) It is estimated that tenderers must have a CIDB contractor grading 4 GBPE or 5 GB or higher. b) Joint ventures are eligible to submit tenders provided that: i) every member of the joint venture is registered with the CIDB ii) the lead partner has a contractor grading designation in the 5 GB class of the construction work • The combined contractor grading designation calculated in accordance with the Construction Industry Development Regulations is equal to or higher than a contractor grading designation determined in accordance with the sum tendered of 5 GB class of construction work or a value determined in accordance with the Regulation 25 (1B) or 25(7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations.
