Special Conditions: 27.1.1 The bidder must be an accredited Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) SOC provider with the capability to implement the proposed SIEM solution. It is mandatory for all the bidders to be active OEM partners in good standing and where required provide the necessary proof in the form of a letter. The FSCA reserves the right to verify the accreditation status with the OEM. 27.1.2 The proposed SOC must have physical presence in South Africa. Bidders must provide an official letter confirming the physical address of the SOC location. 27.1.3 The bidder ISO27001 certified. Proof of valid certification must be provided. The FSCA reserves the right to verify the certification status with the certification body.
