Special Conditions: The Provincial Department will only pay the published prices as published on the approved DBE catalogue. Pricing schedule for delivery costs to schools per book per Grade per year must be complete by Approved Publisher base on the grades for which you are approved for as per DBE catalogue. Only CAPS approved publishers from approved DBE catalogue will be considered, otherwise your offer will be disqualified. Bidders to submit the following documentations: CSD printout report, All SBD forms or schedules contained in the bid document to be completed and signed and Documentations to claim points for specific goals.
