Special Conditions: Two Compulsory Tender Briefing Sessions will be conducted as follows: • Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) TFR Inyanda 2 Building, 15 Girton Road, Parktown, Johannesburg on Monday, 08 May 2023 at 10h00am OR • Port of Cape Town, TNPA Procurement and HR Building, Ground Floor Procurement Boardroom, South Arm Road, Port of Cape Town on Friday, 12 May 2023 at 10h00am Tenderers may choose which compulsory briefing session they wish to attend (Port of Cape Town or Transnet Freight Rail, Parktown), but eligibility is such that they must have attended one (1) of the sessions at 10:00am [10 O’clock] for a period of ± 3 (three) hours.
