Special Conditions: Prospective service providers must indicate their intention of attending the compulsory virtual briefing session as per the requirements stated at point 28 of the Terms of Reference included in the attached bid/ tender document. No proposals will be accepted from prospective service providers who did not attend the virtual compulsory briefing session.
