Special Conditions: TECHNICAL - PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA 1. Attendance of compulsory briefing session. 2 A copy of a valid landfill site waste management license issued by the Department of Forestry, Fisheries, and the Environment (DFFE) for one of the two Class A (Hazardous) facilities (landfill site) in KwaZulu-Natal Province or Service Level Agreement (SLA) between Service provider and Landfill site owner. 3 A valid Third-Party Liability Cover. 4 A valid Scheduled Activities Permit (previously known as Scheduled Trade Permit) issued by eThekwini Municipality for handling and transportation of hazardous waste.
