Description: Supply, Installation, Repair and Maintenance of Air- Conditioners at the Department of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture in Qonce for a period of thirty-six (36) Months.

Special Conditions: MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: • Fully completed and signed SBD forms (1, 4 & 6.1) • Fully completed Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/ Pricing schedule • The Service Provider must be registered with CIDB with a grading of 2ME/PE or higher. • The Service Provider must submit a valid recognized certificate as a qualified air-conditioning and refrigeration technician (certified copy must not be older than six (6) months before the closing date of the bid). • The Service Provider must have an official that holds a valid refrigerant certificate from an accredited institution (certified copy must not be older than six (6) months before the closing date of the bid). NB: failure to adhere to the above mandatory requirements will lead to disqualification.
